YOU can offer your employees!
Incentive programs with merchandise rewards are a great way to reward your employees for a job well done. Affect change in your employees' attitudes and performance results by using a merchandise rewards program and realize considerable cost savings. Did you know that on average you would have to give $7.00 in cash to achieve the same goals as just $1.00 in non-cash awards?
How The Program Works
As soon as you've signed up for the program, you can offer your associates prizes from 13 different price levels ranging from $20 to $1000. (You may choose which levels to use if you would prefer not to offer all levels; please note that this could affect what you pay for the items. Ask us if you have any questions.) Items are from leading brands such as Sony, Panasonic, RCA, Casio, Fisher-Price, Black & Decker, Igloo, and others. You assign points to your associates as they earn them, and you enter the points into the online incentive program system. When it's time to redeem points for a prize, your associates may log on to the rewards store and choose from nearly 700 products. With name-brand products of 13 different price ranges, your associates are sure to find something they'll like. If an associate wants an item that is above the amount of points he or she has, the point difference can be made up by simply using a credit card. When one of your associates chooses an item, our merchandise supplier ships the item directly to your employee. Over 95% of all orders are processed and shipped within 48-72 hours. If an item needs to be drop-shipped from another location, our supplier will immediately send out a postcard so the employee knows that the item he or she has chosen is on its way. |
